Apparently it’s a hostel in Bangkok, but its rooms are all different! Check out the Heart Room – I think I’d need a tour to Bangkok!!!

Wheatley, a cardiovascular surgeon at the Arizona Heart Institute in Phoenix, recently launched a podcasting series to educate patients he believes is among the first of its kind. He has produced podcasts, from two minutes to an hour long and contain video and audio content, that keep clinic visitors informed about the procedures they’ll undergo and brief them on ways to lead a healthy lifestyle afterward.

Hi everyone! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas – mine was good, with most of my family around!
I’d never thought I’d write a post like this, but I’ll be away from my blog for a while. I am tired, my parents aren’t well and I’m drowning in work.
(A sad message, I know.)

BBC NEWS | Health | Curvier women ‘will live longer’:
“Compared to the group of women with the smallest hip circumferences, women with the biggest [...] had an 86% reduced risk of having coronary heart disease and a 46% reduction in the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, according to the researchers.”
